- 5 Bags Dako

- 20-24 Tomatos

- 2kg Feta

- Oil

Tzaziki

- 2kg Joghurt

- 5-8 Cucumbers

- Garlic

- Oil

- Salt

 

Pierogies

Stuffing:

- 2,5kg Potatoes

- 2,5kg Cottage Cheese

- Salt and Pepper

- 4 Onions

- 100g butter for frying

Dought:

- 4 Eggs

- 4kg flour

- 8 cups of hot water

- 4tbsp oil

 - some flour to sprinkle during rolling the dought

 

Preperation:

Stuffing:

1. Pill and boil potatoes, next smash it

2. Chop and fry onion

3. Smash all ingredients in a bowl

 

Dought:

1. Connect all ingredients in a bowl and mix it

2. Take some dought and roll it (2-3mm)

3. Cut little circles using any cup

4. Using little spoon take some stuffing and put it in the middle of the dought circle

5. Fold it in half and stick edges together

6. Boil it in salty water for about 6-7 mins.

7. Enjoy your meal!

Potatosalad

- 5 Apples

- 4 kg Potatos

- 2 glasses of pickles

- 5 Onions

- Salt and Pepper

- Garlic

- vegetable stock

- Oil

 

Mixed Salad

- 4 Cucumbers

- 2 big salads

- 2 glases olives

- Oil

- Salt and Pepper

 

 

Lasangne

- 3750g Pork ( or vegetables like carrots, zucchini and paprika)

- 8 Big Tomatos

- 8 Onions

- Tomato paste

- 1,5kg cheese

- 3 Boxes of lasangne sheets

- Butter, flour, milk and cream for bechamel cream

- Salt, Pepper, Oregano

 

Preparation:

1. Cut all the onions and tomatos in little pieces

2. Fry it together with the pork/vegetables and add the herbs and tomatopaste

3. Do the bechamel cream

4. Put all together in a baking dish ( first lasangne sheets, bechamel cream, chees, pork/vegetables)

 5. Put it for 30 min in the oven 200°

6. Enjoy your meal!
